Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At Glow Beauty, we prioritize the satisfaction and confidence of our customers. We understand that trying new beauty products can sometimes be a leap of faith. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to shop with peace of mind. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we want you to feel secure in your decision to choose Glow Beauty.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Glow Beauty online, retail purchase, Glow Beauty welcomes you to return your item for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases or optional online store credit. Please specify when making your return on your receipt. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
No refunds will be offered for sale or discounted items - all sale or discounted items are Final Sale Only.
SKINCARE PRODUCTS: FINAL SALE
- Due to health and hygiene concerns, all skincare products, including but not limited to creams, lotions, serums, and cleansers, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.
- This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure the safety and integrity of our products.
- We understand this may be different from other retailers, but we appreciate your understanding.
MAKEUP PRODUCT RETURNS

No Returns for Incorrect Color Selection:We understand that choosing the right makeup shade can be tricky, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for makeup products solely because the color is not a good match for your skin tone or preference.

Hygiene Considerations:Makeup products are personal care items and, once opened or used, cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
- Defective or damaged products (excluding skincare): If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Glow Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges from Glow Beauty in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Glow Beauty’s discretion. If a return is not approved by Glow Beauty for any reason, the item may not be returned to you.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

- We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- We accept exchanges on items purchased on www.mirabellabeauty.com or only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
